Any person, or entity, transacting with the public address: <input your address above> on the blockchain network with ticker (or token) symbol: <select your blockchain above> (herein referred to as the "Address") agrees to the following:
DEFINITIONS:

Address Owner - A person, or entity, named in the official Know-Your-Customer records of an Address or, a party who can prove ownership of the private keys to the Address, where proof may include performing a unique, identifying transaction.

Nominated Owner - A person, or entity, that has been allocated use of an address owned by a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) or a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). For example, typically used by exchanges offering custodial wallets to their users.

UNMONITORED ADDRESS:

This Address is not monitored by the Address Owner and incoming transactions may go unnoticed for very long periods of time and as such there is no presumption that suspicious transactions to this Address are expected to be reported.

ARBITRATION:

In the event of any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of transacting with this Address, you agree that such dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration in the arbitration court stated below, conducted in person or through online video conferencing software, before a single neutral arbitrator, in accordance with the arbitration rules, of the court stated below, then in effect.

Seat of arbitration: International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) neutral arbitrator.

The language of the arbitration shall be English.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties or exchanges, and judgement thereon may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.

As a result, you may not be able to pursue litigation for any such disputes in state or federal courts against the Address Owner (or Nominated Owner in the case of a custodial address), and any awards or remedies determined by the arbitrators may not be appealed.

APPLICABLE LAW:

This contract is governed by the laws of the Wyoming, USA.
